The experience behind the name
Phil's Property Maintenance Inc. is a locally owned and operated property maintenance and general contracting company serving Kingston, Ontario, and the surrounding area. The experience behind the company spans nearly twenty years in residential, commercial and industrial property maintenance.
My professional background includes thirteen years managing snow and ice removal operations for large shopping centres, industrial facilities, condominium complexes and apartment buildings throughout the Greater Toronto Area, followed by six years providing snow and ice management services for property management companies, commercial and residential properties throughout the Kingston region.
Throughout my career, I've gained hands-on experience in property maintenance, landscaping, equipment operation, exterior repairs and project coordination. Working with individual homes and large commercial properties has given me a practical understanding of the challenges property owners face.
Why I started my own company
Starting my own business was something I had considered for many years, but my responsibilities as a father always came first. Providing a stable and dependable income for my daughter with special needs was my priority. Working for established companies offered that security while allowing me to develop my skills, gain industry experience and build the foundation for my own business.
After nearly two decades in the industry, I decided it was time to take that next step. Phil's Property Maintenance Inc. was founded on the belief that customers deserve experienced, dependable service backed by personal accountability.
I wanted to combine the knowledge and operational standards gained from larger companies with the flexibility and individual attention of a locally owned business.
A personal approach to business
As the owner, I take a personal interest in the work we undertake and the relationships we build with our customers. I believe good business comes down to straightforward communication, fair treatment, quality workmanship and standing behind the services you provide.
My objective is to build a company that homeowners, businesses and property managers can rely on throughout the year, whether they need ongoing maintenance or help with a specific project.
